ID Cards For Employees, Good Idea?
'The new-fashioned work environment' could mean anything these days. Companies an existence from sole traders to multi-subject corporations employing thousands of people worldwide. As a consequence of the numbers of staff a company could potentially use, it is commonplace for ID cards to be in use. In a world where our identities seem to be scrutinized to the finest detail, are these ID cards in actuality a good idea? Or are they just another way for us to determine more 'on display' than we would like to be?
Personally, I bleed for that ID cards inside or out of the work milieu are perfectly acceptable. I'm sure there are many of you out there who might debate and I'm sure there are many that agree, the fact is that, in this so called 'big sibling' society that we live in, this is always going to be something that people have an way of thinking on. The way I see it is that perhaps we need to have a little more of our identity 'on show' in an locale such as the work place. An ID card for an employee can have a extraordinary effect on the individual to whom it belongs depending on word for word what kind of place it is that they work in. An staff member of a large business which employs a basic number of staff may be of the opinion that an ID card allows them to touch less like a cog in a machine and more unique. After all, what can we honestly claim to be our own if not our identity.
